Cellshot Technology

CellShot Partitioned Flow Electroporation simplifies electroporation, allowing cells to be transfected directly in their culture media without washing or mixing. The CellShot System handles the entire process, resulting in efficient and effective nonviral cell and gene therapy. The System removes the need for EP buffers, minimizing cell damage, loss, and manual processes. The technology results in high transfection efficiency and viability and is suitable for R&D and clinical purposes.

PLATFORM

intro platform_2x_edited.png
  • No washing & No Mixing

  • Automated & Closed

  • High Cell Viability & Production Yield

Cells in any culture-media are sufficient for transfection.

Mixing of cells & material is unnecessary for transfection

After cells and materials are loaded separately, transfection is automated in a closed way.

More material can be delivered in cells, leading to a much higher production yield
